European Ph.D. in Archaeology (Late Antique and Medieval Archaeology) awarded with honours on 10th January 2003 at the university of Barcelona.
Since 1st October 2007 Researcher at the University of Padova, where she currently teaches Medieval Archaeology. Managing editor of the journal Post-Classical Archaeologies (www.postclassical.it)
Her research has been mainly devoted to the study of the transformation of late roman countryside and the analysis of churches. During the last three years She has been engaged on a project on the characteristics and evolution of medieval residential architecture and urbanism in Padua between the XIth and the XVth century. She has started now a new project on late roman and early medieval cemeteries.
